Office Administrator - Part Time Role
We’re looking for a motivated, organised and friendly individual to primarily look after all daily administration covering different aspect of the business.
The role is a part time position, with some flexibility on working at the office or remotely.
Responsibilities are, but not limited to:
- Organising office operations and procedures
- Preparing payroll
- Controlling correspondence with customers
- Designing/Improving filing systems
- Assigning and scheduling jobs for the teams
- Reviewing and approving supply requisitions
- Assisting in sending quotes and invoices
- Supporting marketing with small admin requests
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week
Salary £10 per hour
