Office Administrator - Part Time Role

We’re looking for a motivated, organised and friendly individual to primarily look after all daily administration covering different aspect of the business.

The role is a part time position, with some flexibility on working at the office or remotely. 

Responsibilities are, but not limited to: 

  • Organising office operations and procedures
  • Preparing payroll
  • Controlling correspondence with customers 
  • Designing/Improving filing systems
  • Assigning and scheduling jobs for the teams 
  • Reviewing and approving supply requisitions
  • Assisting in sending quotes and invoices 
  • Supporting marketing with small admin requests


Part-time hours: 16-24 per week

Salary £10 per hour
